Divine Ivy values every purchase and are committed to do our best to ensure you receive your products in a safe and timely manner. Please review our shipping policy for online orders below to guarantee your order reaches you when expected. 

Business Shipping Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. 

Anything ordered after 1:00 p.m. will be processed and shipped the next business day. Items ordered after 3:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday - Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable as it is directly paid to our providers. 

Sales Tax

Texas shipments pay 8.25% sales tax at the time of checkout. Users are responsible for all sales tax on merchandise shipped to other states.
