Refund policy

Divine Ivy offers returns and exchanges for qualifying purchases up to 14 days of purchase. Please do not hesitate to email our Team to discuss your order at any time. 

Divine Ivy must be contacted within 14 days of the date your shipment is received to be eligible for a return for refund. In order to receive a refund, all returned items must be sent back to Divine Ivy in their original packaging and in the same condition the item was received. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive a refund for returned items. The refund will be processed on the day the items are returned to Divine Ivy. Refunds are processed on the form of payment the items were originally purchased or store credit.
